Terrible Experience Bought a 2018 Dodge Challenger from this dealership and definitely won't be returning to this dealership ever and won't recommend it to anyone else as Bought a 2018 Dodge Challenger from this dealership and definitely won't be returning to this dealership ever and won't recommend it to anyone else as well. The only reason it has two stars is because of the helpful sales people Colleen and Nangy or at least helpful before I signed the sales papers. After the purchase I discovered that even though the sales papers said the odometer reading on delivery should 15km, it had whooping 268km on it and the dealership didn't care to bring it up or explain it before the sale. Also on delivery the car had a really noticeable chip on the left side mirror, another chip under the left side mirror and a 2inch tear with deep scratch marks on the plastic in the rear seat leather which I discovered later but as expected from all the reviews here, they didn't care to respond to my messages or calls even after promising that they will take care of it. My 2 cents guys, if you want to buy any Chrysler, Ram, Jeep or Dodge vehicle please beware of this dealership and run for some other dealership in Durham region, the travel to a further away dealership will be worth the pain for sure. More
Was 2176 kms over warranty and engine failed on 4 year old Truck. After numerous attempts delear will not do anything. I bought a Jeep Renegade the first time and was very impressed with Colleen's professionalism, enthusiasm and follow up after the vehicle purchase. She made the experience a delight and I have been recommending her to my friends and family ever since. I recently purchased another vehicle from her, a Jeep Wrangler. She was very accommodating again and a pleasure to work with. Everyone I came into contact with at the dealership was profession and very responsive from the greeter at the front desk to the sales manager to the finance manager. The problems we did have were upstream with the parent company FCA. Long delays on the build with no acceptable explanation, poor information flow to the dealer and lack of transparency and ownership. Delays are unavoidable, but the current status quo for communication and order tracking is unforgivable today. I can track a $6 pair of socks from Amazon, but cannot track a $60,000 custom ordered vehicle. More
