Service Failure Left my jeep for service 9 days ago and NOBODY has bothered to get back to me. I've called, left messages, spoke to one person who seemed to understand and promised he or my service advisor would get back to me, and yet NOTHING. Still waiting. What's going on? Did they smash it up? Was it stolen? Did they sell it? What aren't they telling me? They're treating me like something on the bottom of their shoe. Why? Because I'm female? - I just don't matter? Are they punishing this customer so that I'll take my business somewhere else???? Do you realize that when you leave your vehicle, you don't get a receipt! How do I prove that they have my jeep? They won't even talk to me. Do I have to get a lawyer involved? More

We had the absolute best experience this time around and encourage anyone looking to get into a Jeep to go to Fraser and ask for Colleen! Trade In & Purchase I first spoke with Erica in the Service Dept about the Wrangler Sport Unlimited. Told her I was thinking of trading it in for a Cherokee Trailhawk. Sh I first spoke with Erica in the Service Dept about the Wrangler Sport Unlimited. Told her I was thinking of trading it in for a Cherokee Trailhawk. She said she would get a manager to contact me. That day, I got a call from Andrew Scott, who was very personable and great to work with. Referring me to Colleen Harnack, we took the Cherokee for a test drive (a long one!) then sat with her to complete the trade in of 2015 Wrangler and purchase of 2015 Cherokee Trailhawk. The best thing about this dealership is that both Drew and Colleen were very open to discussing pricing and understanding what I was looking for. Also, working with Nicole Whiting in Finance was a quick and easy discussion. I am happy that I went to Fraser Chrysler as it was a true collaboration to make sure it was a win-win for all of us. Thank you Erika, Drew, Nicole and Colleen! Love my new Jeep! More
