In one word, my experience was AMAZING!!! Now let me tell you about Colleen, there are too many wonderful words I could use to describe her, but this review would be way too long!! She was patient when listening to what my needs were, and very respectful when discussing my budget for a new car. Not once did I feel pressured to buy one vehicle over an other, nor was there any pressure to sign right away (we all have experience that pushy type of service in the past at other dealerships, but not this one!!). She has a positive, sweet and honest nature which made me feel comfortable dealing with her......then there was Nicole, she was hilarious but very professional at the same time...she throughly explained our financing options and allowed us to make decisions without trying to sell any product to push a ‘sale’.
