Exceptional Customer Service My Jeep Wrangler developed a serious steering issue. Having just move to the area, I could not go to the dealer where I purchased the vehicle. And I h My Jeep Wrangler developed a serious steering issue. Having just move to the area, I could not go to the dealer where I purchased the vehicle. And I had to travel to Toronto for work the next morning. Without an appointment Laurie found a way to slotted me in and have Garrett diagnose the issue. Garrett found the problem and had it fixed in about an HOUR! Laurie said the u-joint was the problem and it was replaced. She handed me the keys and said no charge...replaced under warranty! Excellent introduction to new dealership. Will go there for all service needs now. More

Awesome I traded in my Jeep Rubicon for a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. They had one there that was fully loaded so I did not have to wait for one!
