I was also very impressed by the attention, interest and support shown by the Sales Manager and Finance Manager. What impressed me more, as was not expected, was the helpfulness and care shown by the other salespeople. They acted like I was their customer even though I was not. I was made to feel like I was important to the entire staff. Thank you to Daniel, Brady, Cory, Cierra, Renee and the entire Birchwood crew. More

Don't Tell I was shocked by the extra $200+ on my recent vehicle service. For what? Cleaning tracks on my sunroof and putting in two filters. Did I approve th I was shocked by the extra $200+ on my recent vehicle service. For what? Cleaning tracks on my sunroof and putting in two filters. Did I approve the work? Yes, I did. Did they tell me the cost before doing it? No, they did not. I actually thought the quick wipe down of the sunroof tracks would be done at little to no cost. I knew there'd be a coat to the filters, but >$200??? Secondly, I actually called the dealership a few days before my appointment to ensure that it would be ready before noon as I had a 12:15 pm commitment. They assured me it would (9 am drop off). When I dropped off the vehicle I again asked about time for pick up and was again reassured well before noon it would be ready. At 11:45 am I called to inquire on the status of my vehicle. The response? "Can you call back after 1:00 pm?"!!! No, I cannot!!! After waiting on hold for 5 minutes I finally had someone tell me I could pick up my vehicle. By the time the shuttle picked me up, I was now running late and had no time to dispute the outrageous over charge. I had to be somewhere. So I begrudgingly paid and raced out the door. No complimentary vacuuming of the interior or washing of the exterior - even though I had just paid for a "Type (whatever)" 60k service package. And the filter they put in? It stinks. My vehicle sticks. Air freshener right beside me because the smell is putrid. Never going back there again. Love my Nissan, but not giving that place anymore $. More
