I’ve bought a few vehicles from Fort City Chrysler over the years, and every time they’ve gone above and beyond to take care of me. Most recently, I reached out with a bit of an oddball request, not someth the years, and every time they’ve gone above and beyond to take care of me. Most recently, I reached out with a bit of an oddball request, not something they were obligated to help with but without hesitation, they stepped up once again. I want to give a special shout-out to Dan in finance. Dan’s professionalism and willingness to assist, even long after my last vehicle purchase from them, really speaks to the level of service you can expect here. I remember when I bought my first vehicle from them, they said, “Welcome to the Fort City family.” At the time, I kind of brushed it off as a sales line but here I am, years later, still feeling like part of that family. That kind of long-term support is rare, and it’s exactly why I keep coming back. Highly recommend Fort City Chrysler great people, great service, and they truly stand behind what they say. More
