Was informed they couldn’t possibly look at my Hondas problem for almost 3 weeks. Fantastic buying experience with all of the people we dealt with - Doug W, James & Shane. We were not happy with a previous purchase experience at a competitor dealership and had little trust in the car dealt with - Doug W, James & Shane. The Forman team changed that - Doug listened to our needs and he and James offered us a few options, taking time to go over the differences - no pressure to up sell, no story about limited inventory, just answered any questions and left us to decide. Once the sale was complete, we met with Shane and he as well offered the same exceptional service. Because of our experience we will be recommending Forman Honda to our friends & family. My husband and I went to several dealers and test drove numerous cars, but Honda really took care of us as *people* looking for cars instead of a potential sale. Through the whole process their focus was on what we were looking for, why we were looking for a new vehicle, questions we had, and getting to know us personally. We did end up going with a Honda vehicle (the safety features, comfortability, and variety cannot be beat) and by the end of the process we truly felt like part of the "Forman Family." We had to go back several times because of little things on our end (e.g., money transfer taking longer to go through because of a long weekend, issues with the banks printer, etc.). Each time they were understanding, compassionate, and seemed happy to see us. We worked directly with Doug Weibe and I cannot recommend him and his services enough. He talked to us as people/ on a personal level, and then took the time to go through the features on *every* vehicle we test drove (which was a few). He had our car ready and waiting on pick up day in the show room, brought it out and again sat with us to get it all set up, including helping us connect both phones to the cars' Bluetooth! On the financial side of things we worked with Shane Cashin who really made us feel well-informed and comfortable with our purchase. He took the time to sit with us, go through everything bit by bit, and helped us save where we could (such as with the military rebate). Overall, I cannot recommend the services of Forman Honda enough. More
