This is the first time of life when I am writing a review in a bad way. Sorry in advance. I just came back from the dealership. Very bad experience. One of the sales person tried to sell the car on a forcefu in a bad way. Sorry in advance. I just came back from the dealership. Very bad experience. One of the sales person tried to sell the car on a forcefully manner. He asked the reasons again and again about my financial situation which absolutely not under his department. He started asking personal questions. When I didn't find myself satisfied and changed my thought to talk to him he was kind of annoyed/frustrated and used rude words. To ask different questions is customers right but he was not fully prepared for answering all of my questions. He tried to push me to purchase the vehicle without showing the color, interior or offering for the test drive. According to him the color of the vehicle is black mixed (that he is going to receive after 2 to 3 weeks). When I asked to show me any such color on computer, he just could not and showed random stuff. I am not sure how these kind of associates could survive/help our Canadians. Only because of this unfriendly associate, I am having no preference to give number of stars. The behavior of the associate is totally not acceptable. If I got a heart attack tonight, he will be responsible for that. Sorry for all my words, but I was not feeling okay after my visit this evening and I have no other option than to give such a review. Really felt good about my overall experience with this dealership. Requested information via email to start the process, that was respected (some dealerships request a phone call straight away). Every email was responded to in a very timely fashion. When at the dealership staff (Richard & Alex) were very friendly and courteous. I did not feel any pressure. I would recommend this dealership, and in particular Richard, Alex, and Brandyn. More

Excellent customer service experience. Mark Paul was my sales specialist during the purchase of my new car. Throughout the entire process, he was very accommodating and informative with all the vehicle opt sales specialist during the purchase of my new car. Overall the experience was great. Jesse never applied any pressure to purchase a vehicle and we ended up buying a 2021 SantaFe preferred at the end of May 2021. The only complaint I have is that Hyundai rubber floor mats we promised as part of the deal and they are not in stock yet. I have enquired several times to see if they will be in stock before the snow comes later this month and was told they are not showing anything coming in anytime soon. I asked them to upgrade the mats to the higher end mats for free since its been months but I was told no. Now I will be buying mats. Its not a big expense but when they finally come in I will now have a second set lying around the garage collecting dust. Todays date is 14 Oct 21. 4 1/2 months after we purchased our vehicle. More
My daughter took her 2019 Kona in for recall inquiry, as is consuming oil like the recalled models and was told it was not on the recall list. They did a full service oil, filter etc etc, no charge thank yo is consuming oil like the recalled models and was told it was not on the recall list. Told My daughter they flushed the engine, nothing noted on the invoice ? then they said they inspected the brake system and there was major work required in excess of $950.00. When I looked at her car this morning I noticed the not one rim was removed from the vehicle ( all wheel nuts had dirt that had not been disturbed) so what they did was guess work trying to pull the wool over the eyes of a woman. I was not impressed and would recommend ANY service they say needs to be done. don't do it till you have the vehicle inspected by an independent workshop or even two. BE VERY VIGILANTE ON WHAT THEY RECOMMEND TO BE SERVICED More
