Not only did he answer my numerous questions about he car but he was able to arrange for our pickup at the airport. The price could not be beat and I know this from the hours we spent on the internet trying to search through all of the ads only to find that there was always a catch with the posted price, (ie, $2000,00 down payment or you had to finance it through the dealer). Unprofessional Went in looking for a car and first off dealt with one salesperson who on 3 separate occasions forgot I had even contacted him , gave me no informatio Went in looking for a car and first off dealt with one salesperson who on 3 separate occasions forgot I had even contacted him , gave me no information on the vehicle and only contacted me 3 days later when I finally said I'd be coming down . When I arrived I switched salespeople and this one was no better , tried to increase the asking price and was incredibly pushy , even tried to push me into a car I had zero interest owning . The next couple days I was attempting to negotiate and get an appraisal for my car which turned out to be one of the most difficult things to do as he either didn't answer the phone or took 4 hours to reply to the simplest of emails . Finally I decided to drive in an hour again to talk face to face and hopefully buy the car which when I arrived he told me he had sold it and just forgot to inform me . Afterwards he tried again to push me into a car I didn't want at all . Overall very frustrating service , very unprofessional and really puts me off wanting to deal with salespeople and dealerships . Would not deal with Stephane or Don again . More

Great Sales Person... Poor Service Department Andy was great to deal with on the purchase... BUT... I picked up my used Murano on Wednesday June 24th, after the service department had done a compl Andy was great to deal with on the purchase... BUT... I picked up my used Murano on Wednesday June 24th, after the service department had done a complete check of the vehicle. - June 25th, started to hear a very loud grinding in the brakes when it was in Reverse ONLY. - June 29, brought the Murano into FC Nissan and also told them that the Tire Pressure Monitor had since come on. After an hour and a half they told me that the noise was "a pebble in the brake shoe"... and they had also taken care of the TPM issue... Great... Except... - June 30th I had to bring the Murano back to FC because the TPM was back on... After another 2 hours I was told that the sensor was causing the tire to lose pressure. The sensor was replaced and the tire was resealed. - We left on our one week vacation to BC and every day I have had to add 20lbs pressure to the front tire... that was supposedly fixed... twice - Also, on Saturday the right signal light stopped working... haven't had a chance to have that looked at... I have emailed the dealership twice with no response either time. Very frustrated customer.... More
