There is inconsistencies in their service team where one member said we had the promo of a free oil change with the purchase of our vehicle, then when we brought it in, we had to pay for the oil change as t member said we had the promo of a free oil change with the purchase of our vehicle, then when we brought it in, we had to pay for the oil change as the promotion had expired. Their online system to check this is inconsistent between the booking agent and the staff at the service desk. The service for an oil change took 1hr 25 min and cost $137. It was appreciated that they washed the car after the service before returning it. More
