The car I was hoping for!!! I was looking for a car for almost 2 month, and was on my way to sign a deal with Subaru. However the salesperson at Subaru put to much pressure on me I was looking for a car for almost 2 month, and was on my way to sign a deal with Subaru. However the salesperson at Subaru put to much pressure on me. Because of that attitude I changed my mind and walked away. Hopefully I saw an add on internet about sales at Nissan and I decided to go to Fish creek Nissan. Sebastien was very welcoming and very helpful in showing me the car. It was exactly the car I was looking for, so much features, such a great comfort, and Sebastien never put any pressure on me. He guided me perfectly, answered all my questions. It is the first the first time in my life I have an experience like that. I highly recommend Sebastien and Fish Creek Nissan. More

Very, very shady I was in the market for a newer vehicle, and through an Internet search, Fish Creek Nissan had the vehicle I was looking for. Unfortunately, financing I was in the market for a newer vehicle, and through an Internet search, Fish Creek Nissan had the vehicle I was looking for. Unfortunately, financing didn't go through. Now, because I paid my deposit through debit, I have to wait for a cheque to be issued to me!?!? That's completely ridiculous and shady. Deposits should be returned how they are paid, and a consumer shouldn't have to wait to receive money back regardless of the reason. I WILL NEVER shop at Fish Creek Nissan again, nor will my friends. It's no wonder car dealers have a bad reputation when they can't even get something as simple as this done right! More

Excellent Teacher When I came to pick up my new car, 2015 Rogue, Youssef was there to go over every square inch of my car with me and answered all my questions. Great Customer service Philippe was the salesman that helped us when we first visited the dealership, he was very helpful and was able to asnwer all of our questions. After the test drive he sat down with us to discuss numbers and again he was able to find a good deal for us. We haven't decided just yet what we would like but if we had to base our desition on customer service I would definitely go with this Nissan dealership. More

He was not pushy and helped me chalk out the advantages and disadvantages of new V/s used. I took a long time to make my decision, so I really do appreciate the patience by Phillipe!
