A sales representative named Andy Miller helped me out, and I really appreciated his help. He explained the vehicles features to me very well (even though it wasn't a Nissan), and I really enjoyed dealing with him, as he wasn't pushy. When it came to making the sale, he simply asked me what I would need to happen to make it work. They were very accommodating with my request and felt like we reached a very fair deal. The work I needed done needed to be completed at the Chrysler dealership, so the timing of it was out of there hands, and was told it would be two weeks. They had me pushed through, had the work done in under a week and couldn't be happier with my new Jeep. I would recommend Andy and Fish Creek Nissan to anyone looking for a hassle free buying experience and great service. More

Despite this obvious challenge...and the terrible location, Andy Miller in sales is a seasoned, articulate, experienced automotive expert, who tells the truth no matter the consequences. Completely trustworthy and honest to a fault. Rare in this business. No hustle...no smoke and mirrors or phoney stories. Truth. This is a great place to buy a car. And I should know. I'm 67 and have owned more than 50 vehicles. These are good people. More
My First New Car Purchase From Fishcreek Nissan I have been dealing with Fishcreek Nissan for a number of years, they have been 'used' car purchases so far and over the years have felt I have always I have been dealing with Fishcreek Nissan for a number of years, they have been 'used' car purchases so far and over the years have felt I have always been treated fairly, courteously and that my business is valued. The dealership is very conveniently situated for my needs and to be honest I really like the Nissan product, I am very particular about my vehicles and have never had cause to complain in how my cars have been returned to me following service or repair also the service team have always worked with me to ensure my needs are met. As I started to consider a new car purchase Andy Miller was very patient and helpful in explaining my options, organizing a test drive and 'patient as a saint' in fielding my numerous questions before taking this important decision. Andy had always been my point of contact before with my 'used' purchases so was very comfortable to involve him on this occasion. The end result was taking delivery of a rather smart 370Z yesterday, I am beyond pleased with the whole experience. More

I respond to one of the emails about trading my car in (as I am not happy with what was sold to me to begin with) and I get a general response from Bonny, I respond back, no answer. I get an email from someone different asking about the fact that I was on their lot recently (I wasn't) and asking if I bought my vehicle from someone else after that visit. I respond back asking about trading in my vehicle, NO ANSWER, I respond again, NO ANSWER. I have to have my oil changed and my winter tires put on and I do not have time to go somewhere new this year so i go to the dealership again. The cost that was quoted over the phone was $40 more than what it ended up being. An oil change (me supplying the oil) and winter tire change on rims - basics for $100! I paid $60 for the exact same thing at the Dodge dealership with much better service. To top everything off - when they put my other tires back into my car - the bag the tire is in on the end has a huge hole in it and is set right against my beige interior. HUGE black marks on my car when I get home. I get an email from the service manager about how my service was - I respond with pictures of the tire marks and ask that he take care of what happened. NO RESPONSE. I am absolutely frustrated and disappointed with the service and care that I have received from this dealership. I don't have the time to chase and follow up with people when they bombarded me with advertisements to begin with or weren't paying attention when they put my tires back. More

Andy went above and beyond to help us purchasing the vehicle.we were most comfortable with him. He gave us suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy. After we decided on a Pathfinder the process was absolutely smooth. Nick from finance was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the whole deal. I would recommend Fish Creek Nissan (Andy Miller in particular) to someone looking for new/ used vehicle. More

I was treated with respect and as if the folks there actually didn't mind seeing more of my business rather than pushing me out the door with a "Good he bought the car now get rid of him" type of atmosphere. Will definitely search Fish Creek Nissan's stock listings first when I'm in the market for my next vehicle. Thanks guys. Anthony More

D I live in Edmonton but found my ideal car at Fish Creek Nissan. My current car had died on me so I had to bus up to Calgary to purchase the new car. Don picked me and my friend up right at the bus station and drove us to the dealership. He was polite and helpful through the whole process, the phone calls, holding the car for me while I bussed out, and made sure the car was in it's best condition. Afterwards he helped guide my friend and I out of the city, to the highway leading back to Edmonton. It was stressful not having a car but Don made the experience of buying a new vehicle stress free and smooth! I will be coming back when it is time for me to purchase a new vehicle. More
Used vehicle with known problem, FCN declined repsonsibility I bought a vehicle (for top dollar) from FCN that ended up with a couple of problems. First, the engine light came on during three separate occasions I bought a vehicle (for top dollar) from FCN that ended up with a couple of problems. First, the engine light came on during three separate occasions within the first 300 km. I took it to FCN and the first time they installed a new part, but the light came back. The second time they simply reset it and it came on a third time. Then FCN declined to assist any longer. I acquired previous service records and I discovered this problem had already occurred just at the time the previous owner sold it, so FCN had records of the failure but did not disclose. So I'm on my own to fix it. Not cool FCN. Second, the vehicle was overloaded with "new car smell" that must have been applied everywhere. After I painstakingly cleaned and washed the interior it now smells like cigar smoke. So it seems that the previous owner was a smoker and the car smells foul, but was covered up by FCN. Blah. Not cool FCN. :-( More
