The only complaint was that the positive environment was interrupted when I was sitting down with the service advisor going over why the vehicle was being dropped off and a older gentlemen came over with the report of the condition of the vehicle upon drop off and forced it across the desk and before the service advisor had a chance to say thank you because her and I were talking he says "your welcome" in a really aggressive / pissed off voice and walks away. And then a minute later the service advisor sitting beside us starts arguing about someone taking a part she needed for a customer of hers and throws her file on the desk and walks away upset. I felt uncomfortable and felt that I was in the way. More
Service par excellence Cannot say enough about the excellent service that we received from Youssef. Started back in June 2106 when we called and talked to Youssef about what to do after our 350Z was flooded in the rain and hail. We called Fish Creek because we had such good service from this dealership for our 350. We were referred to Youssef and since then he has taken such good care of us. We had decided to replace our 350Z with an all season kind of vehicle. We search different dealerships as well as Fish Creek. We dealt with Youssef in dealing with Fish Creek. Months went by (waiting for settlement of our written off 350Z) when Youssef called to tell us about a used Murano that had just come in. This vehicle fit all our needs and wants (well maybe not the want of a convertible). Went to the dealership and Youssef showed us the vehicle. We ended up purchasing the Murano. When we went to pick it up, it was all cleaned up to perfection and Youssef then went thru all the different functions and buttons. He even set up my wife's phone for the bluetooth connection and seat position. Youssef went above and beyond our wildest expectations in service. He is someone we trusted and he came thru totally. Great service before purchase, poor service after purchase Bought a used vehicle salesman was great made it very comfortable, 2 weeks later had to have a update done on the computer that was released in Novemb Bought a used vehicle salesman was great made it very comfortable, 2 weeks later had to have a update done on the computer that was released in November ( I purchased it in January) but cause I didn't spend $5000 for "warranty" they wouldn't cover the $401.00, i Iasked to have "Mgr" Mike call me and still to this day have not received any phone call, just shows that if you don't spend the $5000 on "extended warranty" how they feel about you once you have taken possession of the vehicle, again the salesman Andy Miller was great it was the aftermath that was not so great, More

Service Department would not help! I purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue at Fish Creek Nissan in August 2015. I love the car, it gets great gas mileage, works well in all conditions especially with a good set of winter tires. The car is great. The dealer: not so much. I recall having an appointment to pick up the vehicle and having to wait over an hour to even get to speak to someone and then sitting in their office while they tried to sell me an extended warranty which I did not want or need. This was on top of the "protection plan" they conned me into before applying for financing. What a waste of time...I just wanted my car. So not even two years later my Rogue has about 72,000kms on it and I have always had it serviced at Fish Creek Nissan. Monday morning I go to start it and nothing happens. The engine cranks but will not start so I know it's not the battery. My brother has a 2014 Rogue and the same thing happened at about 65,00km and it was diagnosed as the fuel pump and covered under warranty. I call Fish Creek Nissan service department and ask if I should have it towed and they pretty much said it's up to me but would I like to book an appointment. So I called back and asked to speak to the service adviser. I asked the service adviser if the fuel pump would be covered under warranty if I had my car towed there. I was told my warranty was over at 60,000 and it would cost $1xx (135 maybe?) to diagnose the problem and we would go from there. I was told the fuel pump was NOT covered under warranty anymore. I asked if there was a recall on the fuel pump since there was on a 2014 and was told NO. At this point I didn't really want to get my less than two year old car towed at my own cost and then repaired for $750. I called the Service Manager at Fish Creek Nissan. He also told me that my warranty was up and that I could get it towed at my own cost. He advised me that my road side assistance (comes with an new Nissan) was expired. I told him I was sure it was the fuel pump and that it should be covered under warranty and again he gave me a sad story about how he doesn't want to be stuck with the bill if Nissan Canada didn't pay for it since it's not covered under warranty anymore. He did not care one bit that my car was less than two years old and having problems and he assured me that it probably wasn't the fuel pump anyway. He told me if I didn't want to pay for it I better take it up with Nissan Canada. So some time in all of this I did what most millennials are doing these days and sent a tweet to Nissan Canada saying I had a 2015 Rogue that was experiencing fuel pump issues. They tweeted back with the 1-800 number to call. I thought great...this will get me nowhere. I called the number which went to an automated system for Nissan Road Side Assistance. Not what I was expecting but what the heck. They sent me a text with a link which gave me a place to enter some information about my car and where I was located. Two minutes later I spoke with a man on the phone who said they would be sending a tow truck and asked which dealer I wanted to car towed to. I asked for Sunridge Nissan since it was the closest and Fish Creek was giving me the run around. Within 30 mins a tow truck came and took the car away. Long story short...withing 24 hours the car was towed to Sunridge Nissan, diagnosed (fuel pump like I knew) and repaired. The bill came to $0.00 My question is: Why does a Nissan Dealer not know what is covered under warranty. Neither of the three people I spoke to at Fish Creek Nissan were of any help. The first person I called there should have just told me to call Nissan Canada to arrange for a FREE tow and that they would do their best to determine the problem and that it was covered under warranty if it was in fact the fuel pump, or ANYTHING to do with the engine. While we were waiting to go,out on a test drive with Lee, Mike came up and introduced himself to us and again made us feel at ease. We went on a test drive and Lee explained the many wonderful features of the Rogue. Even the "negotiation" process was stress free. We ended up purchasing a Rogue and are quite excited to pick it up. We also met Jake, the "financial guy" and that process was stress free as well. We have had past experience with the service department at Fish Creek Nissan and that was the reason we made the drive to Fish Creek Nissan It was worth the drive. We are very satisfied with the purchasing experience. More

The cost was going to be around $1700, and I would not have the vehicle for about a week. Fair enough, so asked if there was a loaner vehicle. Arthur said there weren't any, so I asked about a rental. Think they would help pay for it? Arthur said they would go out of their way to arrange a rental for me at Enterprise with a "special rate". As it turns out, the "special rate' was $48 a day for a compact. After shelling out $1700 for the repair and the multi-day rental, they couldn't even cover the cost, or portion of the rental. Very disappointing, since I had been going there since 2004. Even worse was the fact Arthur didn't really seem to give a crap that I was inconvenienced. And like others have mentioned, the entire staff in there looks miserable (always have, but at least Mona is not there any more), and you are nothing more than a ghost. I was going to buy a new Pathfinder, but took my business elsewhere to make my new vehicle purchase a week later. I can assure you I will never set foot at Fishcreek again, and I recommend you go elsewhere for service. More
