I have an older vehicle so I appreciated having the multi point inspection and required maintenance brought to my attention. I was pleasantly surprised to return to my vehicle and find it had been cleaned inside and out. More

I was constantly pressured to make decisions with limited information, accompanied by persistent requests to sign agreements and disclose my credit card information. This approach does not align with my previous experience and raises concerns about the transparency of the transaction. Opaque Selling Process: Despite my repeated requests for clarification, I found the selling process to be opaque. The information provided was scarce, and my inquiries were met with vague answers. I was not presented with detailed information necessary for making informed decisions; instead, I was handed loose agreement pages to sign, contributing to my discomfort with the overall transaction. Inaccurate Information and Lack of Transparency: Several instances of inaccurate information or, at the very least, miscommunication occurred during the transaction. Examples include receiving misleading information about the application of pre-paid installments towards reducing interest and discrepancies in the agreed trade-in value versus the Terms of Settlement.
