When we did purchase, Kam Ghaly was there for a personal one-on-one showing and explaining all the features of the vehicle, from XM satellite radio setup, blue-tooth phone connectivity, remote starter functions, and most of the features you want to get home in a hurry and set up to your own liking. After a few minutes Ryan Chernoff introduced himself, helped me focus on the type of vehicle I was interested in and arranged a test drive. I was impressed enough to consider purchasing a vehicle. Ryan explained the process and worked with me to find a cost that was acceptable to all. I found Ryan listened to my concerns, was open and friendly as we worked out a cost between myself and the dealership. I am now into day 3 of driving my new car and am very pleased. More

Great experience start to finish. Had to downsize from a Nissan truck to an older SUV due to the economy. The very well priced Explorer caught my eye on their website, and after test driving a couple of other great vehicles, I decided to go for it. Andy Miller was very patient through lots of questioning by myself, I'm pretty picky! The purchase of the vehicle was a smooth process. Collection day arrived, and I was treated the same way as when purchasing a new vehicle. The 6 year old Explorer was so clean, it could have been brand new.
