Very disappointed I don't think that I have ever felt so neglected by a dealership in the entire 30 years that I have been driving than I have been by Finch Hyundai. While they were eager and full of promises when selling me my 2018 Santa Fe, I have received no follow up calls or support since the sale of the vehicle. All service done to my vehicle was initiated by me. Extremely disappointed with their aftercare and the lack of effort to rectify the situation. I will never purchase a vehicle from Finch Hyundai in the future. More
Over priced and underperformed I have been taking my 2014 Accent into the dealership for all of the required oil changes and everytime I'm disappointed in one way or another. It's hard to get an appointment, usally I have to book it weeks in advance, when I do book it, they push for the car to just be dropped off and for me to use the shuttle service. I tried this once and I didn't get my car back for 4 hours dispit me telling them I needed my car within 2 hours and was told it shouldn't take more then that. I called to ask if my car was ready as i needed it and was told they were very busy that day and hadn't gotten to it yet. This was two hours after my booked appointment time. They finally called to tell me the shuttle was on it's way to pick me up as my car was finished after having it for 4 hours for an oil change. When I got my car back and tried to complain about the time they just explained that they were very busy, but they did give me a complimentary car wash as if that wasn't always offered and I had requested it when I dropped my car off. Since then I stick around as it seems to make things go faster, but it's always longer then they say it will be. This last visit I had an appointment booked for 1:30pm. I told them I would be waiting and that I needed my car back by 2:45pm at the latest. I was assured that the service wouldn't take more then an hour, so not to worry. At 2:45pm I asked if my car was done yet. I was again told it was very busy today, but it should be done soon. She was very pleasant about it, but it would have been more convincing if she had gone out to check on my car or at least pretended to look on her computer or even ask who I was or which car belonged to me. Finally my car was done at 3:10pm. No apologies were given but they made sure to tell me that they included a complimentary car wash, which I had asked for in the beginning. I quickly payed the over priced service charge and ran out the door as I was now almost a half hour late. Now's where I get really upset with myself. I know that every time I bring my car in they move my seat, but everytime I'm rushing out because they took so long, I forget and everytime I bang my knees off the steering wheel. I know I drive standard and you may be shorter then me (5'7") and you need to move it to reach the clutch, but please have to common courtesy to put the seat all the way back so I don't bang my knees in my own car. Or better yet, dont move my perfectly adjusted and alined seat when your only moving it 50 feet. I know I should check before getting in, but this was literally the last straw when I was already so annoyed that your crappy coffee and cookies in the waiting room couldn't fix. This happens every time and I'm now done. I will no longer be taking my car to the dealership unless it's for yet another repair that is thankfully covered under warranty, which has happened to me more in this car then any other car I have ever owned. But that's a sepeart issue. I have decided to support my neighborhood small business garage and get all of my oil changes done there, at a much more reasonable price too. He has worked on all of my old cars, did a great job, wasn't over priced and never treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about, just because I'm a girl. (Yes that happened once with you too, but he did apologize when he discovered I was right and he was wrong) More

They installed a faulty wiper and blamed me In December, I brought my car in for an oil change, put on my winter tires and get my wipers changed. After I left, I noticed a mark where the bottom of the wiper was. In the spring, I was getting gas and my son wanted to clean my windows. He complained that he could not get the mark off. This was when I discovered that the wire on the wiper etched my windshield. This happened after my spring oil change where nothing was said to me. I phoned the dealership and spoke to the service attendant. This person told me that the best they could do was offer me a new wiper blade, since it was still under warranty. I asked to speak to the manager and was given her voicemail. I left a message to explain that I was not happy with the wiper exchange. I felt it was the responsibility of the dealership to fix my windshield. I never got a return phone call. I filled out the Hyundai Canada service questionnaire and heard nothing. Today, I decided to go into the dealership and hoped to get some satisfaction. I was told that I had waited too long and something must have hit the wiper to cause the damage to the wiper. I was told that I should have changed my wiper blades every six months. When I was in for my spring appointment, the service manager was too busy to talk to me. I was never asked about my wipers. I left today and vowed that I would never buy another Hyundai or bring my car into the dealership for regular maintenance. I left feeling that I was attacked. I was told a tree could of caused this. My own thoughts are if I metal support wire could bend, then my windshield should be cracked. I did not buy the line. I feel this dealership is all talk but no action. They say that they want customer happiness and satisfaction. I believe that this is just a line of BS. More
Worse service department I took my car in for the third time with the same noise , coming from the front of the car . Dealer may be great for consumers living in London If you are considering buying a car from Finch Hyundai and you live out of town close enough to London (bedroom community) and you do not work in Lon If you are considering buying a car from Finch Hyundai and you live out of town close enough to London (bedroom community) and you do not work in London you might want to find a dealer that supports outer communities. I find it very difficult to book appointments for service they do not seem very workable for out of town customers. I am not saying it is a bad place to buy a car. I had to use the road side assistance recently my car broke down I called Finch service and I was told it is my responsibility to get the car here. I was told to call Roadside assistance. I called and was told a tow truck will be here in under 1 .5 hours I called at 8.30 am and the tow truck showed up at 12.15pm. can you image if you had to sit on a hi-way for that long. you just might want to second guess your car purchase from a company that only supports the city they are in. Or if you are buying a car from another area you might want to make sure there is a the same type of dealer in you community for any work that needs to performed. Joseph More

Having such great experiences already with my mom's Santa Fe, I knew my first choice for any issues regarding my car, would be to go straight to finch Hyundai. The last three times I have been in the service area, I have been helped by Jason Gallant. His passion for his customers, and the company its self really shines through. Jason is extremely thorough and you don't feel pressured to buy or fix anything you didn't originally come there to do. Jason goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is a positive one which I have not had in any other dealership in recent years. Keep it up Jason and thank you for everything you do! More

Scam Warrenty I have been trying to get an answer from ray for over a month. My car is rusted and he sold me a lifetime warranty which turns out to be on 1 cetai I have been trying to get an answer from ray for over a month. My car is rusted and he sold me a lifetime warranty which turns out to be on 1 cetain type of rust, a hole. I thought rust was rust. They previously fixed rust on my vehicle which rusted again and won't back it up iv emailed multiple times and then I receive a blunt answer that they won't cover it. Never called me with a quote they promised me or how they are going to go about helping me out. Iv been very patient but this is the worst customer service iv ever had to deal with especially coming from a well known dealership such as finch. No apology for the wait.. as Im currently still waiting. More
