I have trying to fix a noise in my brand new Hyundai palisade for almost an year at Finch hyundai and the noise was not fixed. A lot of parts have been changed under warranty but the noise is still ther palisade for almost an year at Finch hyundai and the noise was not fixed. A lot of parts have been changed under warranty but the noise is still there. I have been to Finch Hyundai about 10 times and the issue is still not fixed, every time they will replace a part it has to ordered and I have to go back when the parts arrive to be installed but they are not able to fix the noise issue. The last time I was there was yesterday and they a parts need to be replaced and it back order and they will call me when it arrives to bring my car to get it installed. I regret that a bought a Hunydai Palisade and will keep telling everyone I know not to buy a plasside. More

In the 20+ years with Finch at this location, I have never had to wait for minor service until recently. I got my winter maintenance done there last month, booked four months ago. I had a headlight never had to wait for minor service until recently. I got my winter maintenance done there last month, booked four months ago. I had a headlight burn out on the weekend and I was told by the customer service centre to wait until December for an appointment. My concern was then forwarded through the website to the service department. Three days later, not so much as a contact. With he previous service manager, there would have been an acknowledgement and an accommodation within this period of time. The CSR people always ask for a 9 or a 10 rating when Huyndai sends a survey and I have rated them thus becuase they deserve that rating. What would the rating be if they asked regular customers about service at this time of year. Certainly one or two appointments can be held for situations like this when one has to drive at night in the winter. More

Bought a 2018 Tucson brand new back in March of 2018. My mechanic in town told me he’s had 6 other customers complaining of the same problem this past year, all Hyundai/genesis. No lights appeared on my dash to warn me of a problem, I’ve been with no vehicle for almost 2 months now as apparently it’s been hard to get parts. Im beyond devastated. I will never buy another Hyundai. More
