Finch Hyundai have had my vehicle since June 12, 2024. My Hyundai Tuscon had catastrophic engine failure, because of poor design. Instead of replacing it, they want you to jump through hoops to get a new My Hyundai Tuscon had catastrophic engine failure, because of poor design. They also have refused to offer alternate transportation for a 70 year old woman, who lives in a rural setting. Not repairing my vehicle, risks me losing my small business that feeds me. Would never recommend anyone to a Finch dealership of any kind. DISGRACEFUL! More

I used one last one year and came back for another last Thursday on June 6th. When I brought in my car, the only damage to my car was on my left side door, where the handle was taken off and scratched and the passengers door too that had been scratched. The advisor I worked suggested that it was great to clean brakes every year and convinced me to get it done so I did. I decided that I did not want to get my car washed. this advisor also asked me when I needed the car, and I told him anytime because I would just be home studying and that was it. this was at 10.30 in the morning and they only told my car would be ready for 5pm. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed first of all, that it had been washed, then I noticed that my windshield had these thin long scratches on them, I noticed all my windows had these thin scratch marks on them as well. All these scratch marks were not on my car before I dropped it off. I immediately told the advisor I was working who got some spray to wipe but they still were there. He then told me I could talk to the Manager the next day. When I got home, I inspected my car again, and found scratched off pain on my hood, which still had paint when I dropped it off. I went the following day to talk to Kareem Fayad. When I showed him and listed all the things I had mentioned the day before, that weren't there when I brought in my car. I even asked him if him and his technician done anything else to my car other than oil change and brake clean. He told me, "if the my guys had done anything to the car that would have caused it damage, they would have come to tell me about it because there is footage and we would be able to see what they would have done." On Saturday night as I was about to leave work, it was raining heavily and then used my defrost and defog and cranked my AC to 25-26 and it was blowing out cold air, so nothing was helping with me seeing clearly, this is something that has never happened to me before. While driving in the rain at night, the scratch marks were visible and and then there was this glare that definitely made it worse to see, which I have never had an issue with all spring and even last year after I bought this car. I sent him Kareem an email which his assistant responded to. I then asked for for footage of my car being serviced but has not been sent to me up to now, the assistant Dana stated that she would send it shortly and then she stopped responding to my emails, and then he started responding after I called them out. Two days latter, on Monday, I went to buy groceries, I put in the trunk, just to notice the cover that had been protecting my speakers was taken off, just them sitting there in the open, and you could see the wires running to it. I also noticed that all of a sudden, when my AC off, the car is making this noise that sounds like the AC is fully on. I explained this to him when I saw him this morning. He said that his technician never went into my trunk so he is never paying for that, told me how the windshield was my issue and I would have to pay for it, we went on road test to make him listen to the sound I was talking about when the AC is off, he claimed to NOT be hearing it, I also told him that my car was not revving up like that and it is sudden, and he will not listen stating that I am just coming up with problems all of a sudden. He told me I could go for second opinion, which I am going and told me too reach out to the general sales manager if I wanted to and told he was not going to pay for anything. I experienced all these after I picked up my car. Anyways, Kareem claims that his best guy is the one that was working on my car. Honestly, my car was with the dealership for 7 hours. I do not know what they did to it. Not sure if there was swapping of parts or whatever. More

Very dissatisfied with body work on my vehicle after tornado storm caused extensive hail and debris on my car. Hyundai had my car 3 weeks but only repaired the hail dents and did not paint the hood whic tornado storm caused extensive hail and debris on my car. Hyundai had my car 3 weeks but only repaired the hail dents and did not paint the hood which had chips of paint missing. My insurance paid over $12,000 for repair. I called insurance to report I was not pleased with partial repair. They called Hyundai to agree to pay for hood painting, but Hyundai argued it was stone chips- however they are half way up the hood- if they were stone strikes, they should have hit my windshield, which was not damaged. So it had to be returned again, a second collision claim, rental car, deductible- that was not necessary. Staff very defensive when confronted about crappy work- raising their voice and challenging "are you a body man" Had no answer when asked how stones would do that damage but never hit the windshield! refused to admit their mistake. I do not recommend them for any body work at all! More
