Nick reached out to me after completing the online Trade In quote and offered to set an appointment up for me to appraise my car. I went in the next day not entirely sure of what type of vehicle I wanted ne In quote and offered to set an appointment up for me to appraise my car. I went in the next day not entirely sure of what type of vehicle I wanted next. After a little chat with Nick we narrowed it down to the Elantra, Kona and Tuscon. Although I had an appointment with Nick he was also juggling a few other customers at the same time but kept me informed at all times and we had an appropriate amount of time with each other. I was allowed to test drive the vehicles on my own before I settled on the new 2022 Tuscon. Whilst I would have loved to have be able to afford to spec up to the Preferred with Trend package Nick kept me grounded enough to keep me within the spending limits I was comfortable with without adding any pressure. At the end of the day I signed on the dotted line with his recommendation to lease rather than Finance, first time for me so will see how that goes for me. This is also my first Hyundai, so far so good! Awesome team... More
