OVER THE TOP SERVICE Brought my 2010 ford truck in to rectify a noise coming from the rear differential. I asked the service department to change the fluid to hopefully resolve the problem. After leaving the truck there I went home. Later the service department called me to inform me that after looking over the differential with a stethoscope and checking the bearings that it was not the problem at all but the tires causing the noise. I was then picked up by their shuttle service to collect my truck. Being quite prepared to pay for their work, I was pleasantly surprised they were not charging me anything! Please note that the truck was not purchased from this dealership. I must also mention that the service person ( Jerry Meneray ) was very accommodating. This experience has convinced me to make my next purchase from Lambton Ford. More

Poor service I had problems with my car shutting off while I was at a stop light back in 2015. My car was purchased brand new 2014. It is a 2013 Ford Escape. The purge valve went 2018 but Lambton ford NEVER found what caused my car to stall that day or several times afterwards. As well my sync system has never been right. Even after upgrading it this pass fall my system would not connect with my phone until I made a call from my phone. A new battery was installed in 2018 with only 60,000km on it. I feel there is something that is triggering all these issues and Lambton ford cannot find it. More
