Service Appointment I dropped off the 2014 Jeep Wrangler on Thursday, January 29 in the morning to get 3 items fixed and I just have to write about my GREAT experience. I dropped off the 2014 Jeep Wrangler on Thursday, January 29 in the morning to get 3 items fixed and I just have to write about my GREAT experience. I got a Text message reminding me about my service, a text message asking if I have any questions while my vehicle is being serviced, free coffee in the waiting area, and even free WiFi. All items got fixed ahead of schedule and the person who shuttled me to work even called my Cell phone early to see if I wanted a ride back to get the Jeep (which was great, so was able to pick up my kids from Daycare on-time) . The reception desk was very friendly as I was walking around the showroom looking at vehicles and drinking free coffee. I explained to John and Fred what my issues were with the Jeep and they were able to fix everything, as they always do. Also, I bought some items in parts and Chad was great, he even gave me a few free Mopar off-road calendars (which is awesome). I am going to give these calendars to my Jeep buddies on the weekend and let them know they were from Finch. Once again... This dealership is recommended to anyone. More

Servixe department butchered my ford. Purchased a used ford from them and brought back in for service and repairs. Car was there for weeks on end with the same part being re-installed and Purchased a used ford from them and brought back in for service and repairs. Car was there for weeks on end with the same part being re-installed and replaced 3 times (rack and pinion) car is still clinking and making noises and they refuse to take any ownership of their mistakes. 1st time around when car was "repaired" I could barely steer it out of their parking lot and they still claimed it was fixed right. Maybe car purchaes are seamless at this place but I have never experienced such awful service and bar repairs in my life More
