Who the xxxx are you? We have never met you so how do you know. Nobody told us if we changed our mind, money would be lost, we thought the financing paperwork was the done deal and we walked before that for a few different reasons. I want the rest of our deposit back. More

I have be I purchased a Jeep Compass from this dealership Jan 2 2017. One month later I returned for my first visit to service for a leaking sunroof. I have been to this dealership no less then 8 times over the last 2.5 years to rectify the issue. I have been told everything from - you left it open - to its not leaking there is no problem. Each time I have been told it is my responsibility to get to and from the dealership for warranty work. If there is no leak, or your not able to diagnose the problem why is the water pouring out of the overhead lights onto myself and my passenger? I have been treated rudely and disrespectfully. The amount of human error on part of the dealership to fix this problem is ridiculous, missing bolts and improper placement of the sunroof leading to subsequent visits is unacceptable. This last time finally it was decided to replace the sunroof assembly, all the while the sales manager suggest that I trade it in to purchase something new. BEWARE buying a used vehicle as I am sure they pass off problem vehicles to unsuspecting victims. This time when I got my Jeep back I was given the paper work and the keys with out explanation of what was all done, and told to go find my vehicle around the side someplace. Thanks a lot. My Jeep was returned with no gas when it had at least a 1/4 tank, the sunroof is covered in white lines and dirty fingerprints, the sun blocker is dirty with black marks, and the water that was flowing all over the radio and console area was left to leave water marks. I asked for a call back from the service manger today, and have yet to receive a call. To make a long story short, do yourself a favor and purchase and service your vehicle elsewhere. Maybe rethink Jeep while your at it. More

Completely Disappointed I was very happy when I initially purchased my vehicle from Finch. I wasn't able to get the type of vehicle I wanted because of credit issues, but th I was very happy when I initially purchased my vehicle from Finch. I wasn't able to get the type of vehicle I wanted because of credit issues, but the salesman helped me find a vehicle better suited to my needs that I could afford. It's been about a year now and with my credit on the rise I started looking again for a truck. I emailed Finch's credit manager to ask about a loan payout document for my Jeep. He forwarded my email to a salesperson. I explained to the salesperson that I just needed the loan pay out info as I wasn't interested in any vehicles on their lot. He then proceeded to try to sell me a vehicle way out of my price range. The next morning I received a credit alert because he ran my credit without my permission. I emailed both the credit manager and the sales manager to inform them of what happened and have never heard back. This experience has completely changed my view of the dealership, I will never recommend them again, nor will I ever buy here again. 03/14/19 Update: Emailed Mike Beernink this morning, forwarding my original emails to him. Let's see if I receive a response this time. More

I was looking at trading up at another Jeep dealership closer to my home. I had been dealing with the sales person for 1.5 weeks when someone suggested I contact Justin Thorburn at Brian Finch. Justin made sure I was put into the exact vehicle, colour and options that I had been looking for in a day and a half. Payments are lower than previous and service was amazing. The other dealership had "my" vehicle sitting on their lot and still kept asking about colour and options even though I was very specific in my original email to them. Justin found my car at a lot in Woodstock and had it to me in less than a week. So happy and pleased with his level of attention and service and have already recommended him to a friend. Way to go Justin on being number 1 at what you do for your customers. More

Very terrible experience We bought a new Jeep from finch last fall. The sales experience was abysmal. Our sales person Ezz clearly didn’t care about us or our family. We were We bought a new Jeep from finch last fall. The sales experience was abysmal. Our sales person Ezz clearly didn’t care about us or our family. We were returning customers with a van that was only 2 years old we were looking to trade in. We were offered less than half of the sale price we paid 2 years prior as a trade in value. We were fed some story about an American buyer that was in town offering top dollar for used vehicles. We later saw the van on their website for sale and it sold quickly for much more than we got for it, this American buyer is a stand up guy. The van was in very good condition with a few minor issues. The van also had a rust chip and 5 years left of its transferrable 7 year bumper to bumper warranty. Fine, whatever we’ll take the loss. We were about to sign on the dotted line to buy a new 2 door wrangler when my wife voiced her concerns about seating. We test drove a 4 door and were planning on buying a 2 door. At that time they only had a manual in a 4 door model. Ezz assured us the 2 door was a 5 seat vehicle. Seating capacity was important to us as we have 3 kids. We asked if he could double check and upon inspection he admitted it only had 4 seatbelts, no deal. We made the mistake of telling Ezz where we were having lunch. Guess who showed up to our lunch date trying to sell us a truck for the same price. We stewed on it and thought we would give them another chance. My wife had her heart set on a Jeep so we returned and started running the numbers on a 4 door. It was considerably more expensive. We went on Jeeps website and picked out the features that were important to us and built a custom Jeep that we could afford. I made it clear to the dealer we wanted a soft top and a tow hitch. We wanted a soft top because it’s a Jeep and a trailer hitch would have been really handy for me as I just started a business and I need to move large/heavy things on a regular basis. They gave us pricing for a couple Jeeps that they would have to bring in. These didn’t meet our requirements and we asked if they would meet us halfway on the in stock 4 door we test drove. They agreed however their halfway was much different than what half the difference was when the paperwork came through we found out after. So we thought we had a deal and we moved forward onto the financing person. I can’t recall her name but my god was she awful. She used very high pressure sales tactics to try to sell us coverages we either did not need or already had through our insurance company. She argued with me that I didn’t have gap insurance through my existing coverages even though I do. She almost killed the deal. She was a very unpleasant woman. My wife went in for final signatures and they convinced her it would be cheaper without a tow hitch. They claim this was an attempt to save us money which it would have but the difference in our biweekly payments was negligible vs going out a buying a hitch today. This is also when we found out that their halfway was not the same as half. We get the Jeep home and the first thing we want to do with it is roll around without the top on. So we took the hard top off and went for a drive. After the drive I went to put the soft top on. Having never owned or driven a Jeep before I opened up that package which I assumed was the soft top to put it on the vehicle. This was just a case for the small hard top panels. I called and asked where our soft top was. It was at this point they told us that they didn’t include one. The manager told me it was my fault we didn’t get a soft top for not knowing was a packaged soft top looks like in a new model Jeep. I wrote the sales manager an email about it and he offered me a tow hitch and a soft top for about $4000. I was appalled; I tend to be very clear when speaking. This was especially the case when purchasing a vehicle that is going to cost us over $70,000. I had expressed several times the importance of these 2 features. I couldn’t understand how it made sense to them that we should take on a $4000 purchase after just putting through financing. We are a family on a budget; the point of zero down is not paying a large sum up front. Had they of been forward with us we could have rolled these expenses into our payments. Although I was under the impression that they were included in the price we were given. The sales experience was sub-par at best for a company we had no dealings with let alone a company we were spending well over $100,000 at in the course of just 2 years. Our return was not incentivized whatsoever. Had we of known this we would have happily gone to a dealer closer to our house. Fast forward to now. Still not satisfied with our sales experience but what do you do? We have the Jeep my wife loves it and my kids love it too. We had noticed a problem with it staying is second gear however. My wife took it in for a service appointment and voiced her concerns. The service department told her it was fine. I had it out just yesterday and when making a left hand turn the shifter just popped out of gear and I had no acceleration. Luckily I reacted quickly as this has become the norm for the Jeep. This is totally unacceptable for a new vehicle with less than 10K km on it. I am very unimpressed that the dealer would shrug off such a glaring safety concern. Overall we are very disappointed. More
