We dropped in to Finch Chrysler last Thurs to check out the price on a new 2014 Sahara Jeep Wrangler. We already owned a 2010 Jeep Wrangler and were interested in trading. After a little negotiation back and forth with Al and the Manager we ended up trading our Jeep for the 2013. Al was a very good salesman, not pushy like others we have met. We would recommend Allan and the Finch Dealership to anyone who is in the market to purchase a new or used vechicle. Allan approached me as I was looking at the Dodge Journey, he was extremely well educated with his knowledge of the vechicle and answered all questions that I had concerning the options that were offered as standard and what extra options that were on our need and want list. Allan was very well versed and we could tell that he was going beyond the call of duty to satisfy our needs with the options that was on our want and needs list as well as our financial expenses to be met. Our first vechicle we test drove was less than what met our needs and want list including finances, and excercised patience when we took a couple of days to talk things over between us. Allan did everything possible and he came up with a pre-owned 2013 Journey SXT Crew that had everything on it that met with all our wants and needs list right down to the price. We couldn't have asked for a better fit right down to the colour and as far as having the ideal salesman we couldn't have asked for anyone who met with our personalities. Allan was friendly, low key, and he excercised patience and by doing this we never felt pressured and took our time to make a very important purchase. We are very happy with our decision and we thank you Allan for being patient and directing us to this pre-owned vechicle which only had very low km on it therefore it is new to us and we saved some money on our purchase and got more extras than we were wanting but these extras are a definite added plus. Having heated seats and steering wheel will be nice come the cold months head and of course the most important to me the power seat is a definite since we have such a difference in our heights.
