Finch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

My fiance and I knew we wanted to purchase a Dodge Journey and had gone to two other dealerships to shop around. We decided to stop in at Finch Chrysler just to take a look and ended up purchasing a Journey and had gone to two other dealerships to shop around. We decided to stop in at Finch Chrysler just to take a look and ended up purchasing a new car the same day. What made the difference for us was the quality of service that Allan Gales provided. He was friendly and outgoing but by no means pushy. He pointed out features of the vehicle that two other salesmen had failed to show us, making us want to buy even more. We were both very impressed with his knowledge and that he took the time when picking up our car to show us all the controls and to even set up the bluetooth on our phone as well. Fred Mago was incredible to deal with. A couple nights we did not arrive until late in the evening and Fred s was great by staying late with us and not making us feel rushed at any time. My overall experience was very good! Zack is a super and concerned sales associate. He tries very hard to please you and satisfy your needs. I was unable to negotiate the price lower because I was told it concerned sales associate. He tries very hard to please you and satisfy your needs. The smell of the rust proofing gave me a headache, but I am sure the smell will wear away (not a big deal). I would highly recommend my friends to deal with your car dealership!
