My experience with Zake was more than great. He could not have gone out of his way more to help us select our new 2013 Dodge Journey. Zake was not 'pushy' in any way and let us alone when needed but was th have gone out of his way more to help us select our new 2013 Dodge Journey. He always has this great big smile on his face and was really friendly and did not pressure us at all. He gave us all the info on the Journey and how things work from the engine to all the neat gadgets on the inside. When we picked up the car, he spent time with us again to expain how the key bob works and most the touch screen. It is amazing and can do almost anything but make your morning coffee but I am sure that is coming. More

He was friendly, professional, and never pushy or pressuring, which was appreciated. He explained all the features of the Dodge Dart I was interested in and helped me find a model at a nearby Dodge dealership which met my needs, when the current lot model didn't. He was clear and listened to my questions, and patiently answered them all. It was a way less stressful experience than anticipated because of him, and I am grateful. I love my new Dodge Dart.
