We were looking at buying a new vehicle that had more room then the vehicle we had. We got in contact with Ginny Hansen and told her what we were looking for in a vehicle. We told Ginny that our vehicle had a lien on it for an existing loan. I recently purchased a new Dodge Journey and was most impressed with the staff at this dealership. A friend accompanied me to the dealership when I took the vehicle for a test drive and she could not believe the excellent customer service that was provided. Several times we had staff ask us if we would like a drink or a snack. I left a treasured possession in the vehicle that I was trading in and when I realized I had left it behind I contacted Zack to see if he might be able to get it for me and hold it until I was able to make it to the dealership. Zack went above and beyond my expectations and offered to send it back to me. Greg also explained the paperwork thoroughly and made me feel that I was getting the best deal.
