His kind, very friendly, but not pushy approach and honesty, made us want to come back and deal with Finch, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram here in London. I end up buying brand new jeep we saw that Sunday in the show room. It has been a week now and I absolutely love it. My experience through this whole process was beyond excellent, thanks to the greatest salesman ever. Fred was very knowledgeable, patient and trustworthy. He made it work by giving us the best deal he promised and made me feel like I was doing the right decision all the way, I couldn't ask for more.( maybe just for the floor mats... ha ha). We were planning on buying next year and were just looking to get an idea of what was out there when we drove in. We couldn't believe the condition of the truck we bought and the excellent value for our money.. We had looked at other dealerships and were basically left on our own to figure things out as they didn't know the prices or answers to any questions . They had no stickers on the vehicles and the salesman couldn't wait to go back inside and leave us alone. Needless to say we will be dealing here from now on and recommending it to our friends. We will also be giving out Alan's card and telling them to ask for him and no one else.
