His kind, very friendly, but not pushy approach and honesty, made us want to come back and deal with Finch, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram here in London. I end up buying brand new jeep we saw that Sunday in the show room. It has been a week now and I absolutely love it. My experience through this whole process was beyond excellent, thanks to the greatest salesman ever. Fred was very knowledgeable, patient and trustworthy.
