Great experience...loving my Journey I contacted Finch Chrysler regarding a 2014 Journey I found on their website. I received a prompt response from Josh Parkinson with the information I contacted Finch Chrysler regarding a 2014 Journey I found on their website. I received a prompt response from Josh Parkinson with the information I was looking for. After emailing back and forth with Josh , my husband and I arranged to go to London ( we live in Windsor) to see the vehicle. The Journey was very comfortable and drove great. We were not ready to commit, however, and we received no pressure to do so. On the same day, we test drove another vehicle at a different dealer and were made to feel we should decide right then and there. Over lunch, we eliminated that vehicle and the others under consideration and headed back to Finch to purchase the Journey. Josh and Gord were friendly and helpful. They made the deal very easy. As we live out of town, we had to return a week later to pick up the vehicle. Josh was there to meet us and the vehicle was ready and waiting. I was extremely satisfied in how professional John and the staff at Finch Chrysler were from when I walked in the door until I picked up my new Ram everything went great. They gave me a good price for my trade too unlike other dealers who expect you to lose thousands. This vehicle looks like new and had all the bells and whistles...very low mileage. We had never purchased a truck like this before and had done a lot of research and looking. We met Fred Mago, who is such a nice man! This is a classy salesman, he's not pushy, very polite, he left us alone to chat and even told us to take the vehicle for a long drive and dinner and come back to see him, which we did. The trade in of our old vehicle went very well also. We liked being left alone to make our own decisions, particularly after Fred had provided all the answers to our questions. We never felt any pressure and the whole experience was not stressful at all. Fred spent a lot of time with us going over all the features and the warranties, we were shocked at what we were getting. Within a few minutes of walking in the dealership Sales Manager Zack Fares listened to exactly what we wanted in a new Jeep Wrangler and after looking at their inventory he found the perfect 4 door Wrangler Sport for us. Our Salesperson, John Gillan, showed us all the features of the Jeep and went over all dealer offered programs in a way that was easy to understand and without any sales pressure. John was also available to answer questions for us during off hours by text which was very much appreciated. We also had the pleasure of meeting with Greg Proulx, Finance Manager, who went over the different Extended Warranty Packages (again without any pressure) and was able to assist us in finding the perfect one for us. We are thrilled with our purchase and even more proud that we were able to purchase this vehicle not only in our community but in our immediate neighbourhood. He was very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. He really listened to what I wanted, which I had not experienced from any other dealership up to that point. Josh was excellent at getting things moving without being pushy or aggressive, which I really appreciated.
