This vehicle looks like new and had all the bells and whistles...very low mileage. We had never purchased a truck like this before and had done a lot of research and looking. We met Fred Mago, who is such a nice man! This is a classy salesman, he's not pushy, very polite, he left us alone to chat and even told us to take the vehicle for a long drive and dinner and come back to see him, which we did. The trade in of our old vehicle went very well also. We liked being left alone to make our own decisions, particularly after Fred had provided all the answers to our questions. We never felt any pressure and the whole experience was not stressful at all. Fred spent a lot of time with us going over all the features and the warranties, we were shocked at what we were getting. Within a few minutes of walking in the dealership Sales Manager Zack Fares listened to exactly what we wanted in a new Jeep Wrangler and after looking at their inventory he found the perfect 4 door Wrangler Sport for us. Our Salesperson, John Gillan, showed us all the features of the Jeep and went over all dealer offered programs in a way that was easy to understand and without any sales pressure. John was also available to answer questions for us during off hours by text which was very much appreciated. We also had the pleasure of meeting with Greg Proulx, Finance Manager, who went over the different Extended Warranty Packages (again without any pressure) and was able to assist us in finding the perfect one for us. We are thrilled with our purchase and even more proud that we were able to purchase this vehicle not only in our community but in our immediate neighbourhood. He was very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. He really listened to what I wanted, which I had not experienced from any other dealership up to that point. Josh was excellent at getting things moving without being pushy or aggressive, which I really appreciated. Josh, along with the Finch team, were very professional and efficient in how they dealt with me. I had a lot of questions which were answered quickly, confidently, and in a friendly manner. The incentives at Finch make a new truck affordable. Also, they were extremely fair with my trade in value, and I had done my research! In the end, I traded my 2005 Ford F150 in for a 2014 Dodge Ram Sport and I couldn't be happier! When I was unsure if I was making the right choice Zack the sales manager contacted me and went over many options and was very patient in dealing with my many questions.
