They are very friendly, professional, listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. I also liked that they were able to answer most if not all my questions with certainty on the spot. The occasional question that i had and Ginny couldn't answer, she responded same day, which is fantastic! Ginny has also kept in touch before, during and even three years after buying my first vehicle. Now THAT is customer service! I didn't think that my credit history would allow me to purchase such a vehicle but Greg worked his magic and obtained a great rate for financing. I proudly picked up my beautiful challenger. Unfortunately, there were issues and after each occurrence my love for the car was no more. The story does not end there though. We worked with Dave and negotiated with us to trade in my Challenger and he went out of his way to arrange to put me in another vehicle. Integrity and reputation was important to him and to us.
