Very accommodating and enjoyable visit! I had called the finch dealership about a car I had seen on AutoTrader and unfortunately it was already sold. However instead of leaving it at that, the head of the used vehicle department (whom I was speaking too) took the time to ask about what it was I was looking for in a vehicle. He let me know that he would definitely find the car for me and that he would have one of his employees email some options of what was available. Instead of just saying 'nope, I don't have that car anymore' and leaving it at that, he was confident he could still find something I would like just as much. John emailed me right away with options and made sure that everything I was wanting in my first car was accommodated. The car I bought was not from that specific location of Finch, however, John went above and beyond to pick up the car himself so I could check it out. I couldn't be happier with my car and the service I received. If I have or had any questions or concerns John was quick to get back to me and help me out. I would 100% go back to him and recommend him to all my friends. Can't say enough great things about the service at this specific branch of Finch and John himself. I will be back! More
