I was always pulled towards pickups and test drove many products in the market place, giving them a thorough inspection. I always returned to Finch Chrysler, as the Dodge Ram seemed to give me the best ride and provided the best view over the hood, as I was getting into a bigger vehicle. The thing that sealed the deal for me was the salesman, Justin, who was knowledgeable and great to talk to, wasn't pushy, and certainly worked extremely hard to gain my business. This survey has taken me a bit of time to follow up on only due to the Christmas season, but I really felt that Justin certainly deserved the praise for his hard work and making me feel he had my interest (the customer) in mind. (I mean really listened), consistently responded almost immediately and delivered exactly what it was I was looking for.
