My Great Experience Nobody likes a pushy salesperson. Nobody wants to be "sold" on buying a car. This was not my experience at Finch Chrysler and specifically, my salesperson, Josh Parkinson was never pushy or in any way inappropriate in his approach. Josh was extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful when I asked questions. He suggested options I might enjoy for the Ram truck I purchased. He knew exactly what I was using the truck for and had the insight to suggest options that would be helpful to me. He always got back to me in a timely manner and was able to locate the truck I wanted with all of the options I wanted very quickly. If anyone is thinking of a Ram truck or any other Chrysler or Jeep vehicle, speak to Josh. I would suggest Josh and Finch Chrysler to anyone !! More

The test drive was great and things escalated quickly from there! Soon enough we were sitting down doing a deal. Josh was great. No pressure, excellent, timely and clear communication and he even looked after our kids while we signed the papers. Great experience buying a trade in I recently purchased a 2012 Kia Forte Coupe which was a trade in. I discovered it on kijiji and had some questions. I received prompt thorough replies I recently purchased a 2012 Kia Forte Coupe which was a trade in. I discovered it on kijiji and had some questions. I received prompt thorough replies back through email. I made arrangements to come see it and to go for a test drive. I was very greatfull they had extended hours; as I live about an hour and a half from London and work full time. The staff had even stayed after hours to assist me which I greatly appreciated! The vehicle was in mint condition for a very fair price. I had a great over all experience with Finch! More
