This dealership is very dishonest and definitely not trust worthy. I made an appointment to view one of their used cars and confirmed the appointment before heading out as I was 2 hours away from them. trust worthy. They where good enough to send me several pictures of the vehicle prior to me going as I told them how far away I was, I reviewed them and called them to confirm that I was very interested in it and that I was heading down to test drive it. They confirmed my time and said they looked forward to seeing me. The part that they forgot to mention was that they don't gaurantee the vehicle to be there in the time it took me to drive down there as they ended up selling it to someone else and all they had to say for themselves was "sorry, here's a gas card for the inconvenience" I asked to speak to the manager so I could find out how this could happen when I made the appointment and confirmed the arrival time twice with them, his reply was they can't turn away a for sure sale infront of them for someone who might not show up. So I asked him why do they bother having the appointment system to begin with if it means absolutely nothing to them to which he said, this usually doesn't happen so it's no big deal. This may not be a big deal to them but to me this type of business practice is very shady and complete dishonest, it just shows their attitude that they only care about customers, just money. Horrible place, would never trust them to stand behind anything they say, written or verbal. More

June 9th 2023 with 118,823 kms on the vehicle, I contacted the dealership with transmission issues I was experiencing. Under 56 days and 2300 kms. I was told they would not honor the 90 DAY or 2500 km exchange policy, Flat out! I am now stuck with a five thousand dollar repair bill. This is not a one off occurrence. Other customers have reported the reneging of this 90 day return policy in other reviews. I am not writing this review from outrage, but to PROTECT hard working individuals from the pain and suffering of this dealership. Could the average person take such a large financial hit after purchasing a new vehicle in these tough economic times.. More
