He referred us to Wayne. Wayne sent us a text right away, we were on our way to see him and he was ready for our arrival. Wayne took the time to listen to what we wanted or looking for, not what he might have wanted to sell us. That right there to us is an excellent sales person. Usually one is a little skeptical of sales people for the reason they are a "typical sales person".. Not Wayne, we were so pleased with the number of vehicles he showed us for the many times we changed our minds in what we thought we were looking for. Took them for test drives, got back and realized we would like different options, Wayne would find another one for us to test drive! We made our purchase of a vehicle we are very happy with and no pressure from our sales person, Wayne Vansevenant. All the vehicles we have ever purchased never, ever did the sales person call us within in a couple days to say "Hi, how are you liking your new vehicle? Everything is okay?". Never. To us, this is a person who cares about the people he sells to. We had an awesome experience with Wayne, we had a great afternoon with him and we will highly recommend him to any of our friends looking to purchase a new vehicle. Thanks to Fred Lesmeister for explaining all of the options in our vehicle, how to use them on our day of pick up. He searched the system for exactly what we wanted, and had it shipped in for us. Surprised us on delivery day, one he got in had features that we didnt ask for...So they were free. He even personally dropped off trailer hitch cap on his way home. His customer service was amazing. Wonderful! My granddaughter and I were comparison shopping for a purple, 2 door, standard Jeep that she saw in Blenheim on her way to work. Unfortunately, Finch salesmen Blair Frayer & Michael Tshilombo were unable to obtain the same vehicle within 2 days - you know how teenagers are when they have their minds set on something. Sierenna watched her Dad die slowly over the past 13 years from Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. As a young father, he engrained in her his love of vehicles - particularly motorcycles. However, this young lady changed her mind from buying a motorcycle to buying a Jeep as soon as she saw this purple " Matilda" as she calls it. Nathan passed away on March 31st after a courageous battle. Proceeds from part of her inheritance have provided her not only a sound, safe vehicle, but a wonderful memory of her Daddy! Blair Frayer & Michael Tshilombo were kind and compassionate as well as very understanding when she stood her ground - she knew what she wanted and would not compromise - truly her father's daughter! Wayne was excellent & went way beyond a salespersons required service. I felt I got a fair trade in value & reasonable price for the new truck. He coordin was excellent & went way beyond a salespersons required service. I felt I got a fair trade in value & reasonable price for the new truck. He coordinated all staff required to move everything from my old truck to my new one & get 5th wheel hitch & other accessories moved over @ an offsite location. He has promised to follow up on a few items that are back ordered, incorrect, or custom ordered. We have become good friends & he may even hand deliver items! More
