Not only did they provide the service, they remedied a recall that I didn't know about and even washed my SUV! The staff is professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The showroom, service areas and waiting room are clean and comfortable and snacks are provided. This is going to be "my" dealership from now on. I don't remember the names of everyone that helped me, but I will say literally all of the staff I encountered was able to answer my questions and was readily helpful. More

Some people feel that going to private garages suits them. The upside of Finch is that their people can spot impending failure because of their hard vehicle knowledge and experience. One their guys who drove our 98 Sierra to the back for an oil change spotted a bad hub saving us a bundle of trouble and risk. Our 09 G8 GT is safety and performance modified and the service staff have paid attention to detail on that count. Their sales guys who spotted our vehicles, checked them out and they commented on the good condition that we keep them in. Overall, I can see that they have staff who are sincerely into cars, trucks and a friendly conversation is only a step away. More

Amazing friendly service and problem solving Kevin Debrita and Jordin Finch. They always return calls and more importantly they get to know their customer needs and expectatations and attempt to Kevin Debrita and Jordin Finch. They always return calls and more importantly they get to know their customer needs and expectatations and attempt to exceed, not just meet. They solve problems immediately. We have our second vehicle from them in 4 years. We had a concern with an external service purchased through them and Kevin arranged a conference call to ensure the problem was solved.
