Paul Rodrigues came out very willing to help and answer my questions. I did not feel any pressure to buy anything, he was there simply to help me with what I needed! He even helped me get my hands on a touch up stick for my car! Regrettably I did not purchase my Cruze from Paul however going forward I will not be buying or servicing my car needs from anyone but Paul! More

Adam, the service advisor, was quite helpful and explained everything that was going to be done to the car and in what amount of time. He had told me about an hour for the job. When the hour had almost past he came to the lounge and let me know that it wasn't quite done. Nice touch when most service departments don't keep you informed as to the status of the car. More

Top notch dealership ...customers really come first here. The fact that a loaner car was available to allow me to do other things in London while my car was being serviced. service I bought new wiper blades last year,and was not happy with their performance. On Feb 12,2016 , I went to Finch on Wonderland. The parts guy recommend I bought new wiper blades last year,and was not happy with their performance. On Feb 12,2016 , I went to Finch on Wonderland. The parts guy recommended an upgrade to a winter blade. After having some difficulty trying to install them, I asked Les Mellows at service for advice. He immediately told me to drive my escalade into the shop, where He installed them in a minute. They are the best wiper blades I have ever used.
