This is THE place to buy a vehicle This is the second vehicle we are purchasing from this dealer. That in and of itself speaks volumes as there is plenty of competition here in London. The difference is that we were treated as people and not as an income source. The sales agent was friendly and took the time to find out what we wanted and talked about what will work. She took the time to find ways to help out and was very knowledgeable about the product. The finance department was also very helpful and this was again an experience I can recommend to anyone. Both my wife and I generally dislike sales people because their only concern is to put a product in your hand in exchange for money. Not here. Of course they want to sell a product but they take the time and they let the product make the sale and then help you in every way possible to make it all work. He took the time to answer all our questions and made the negotiation process most enjoyable. Although we did not purchase any rust proofing and warranties offered, Richard Litt was very knowledgeable about these products. We have had both our GM vehicles serviced at Finch Chevrolet since 1990 plus my daughter's car and our farm truck on occasion.
