Not only did they provide the service, they remedie I am from NY and was visiting family here. I needed service on my new vehicle and went to Finch. Not only did they provide the service, they remedied a recall that I didn't know about and even washed my SUV! The staff is professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The showroom, service areas and waiting room are clean and comfortable and snacks are provided. This is going to be "my" dealership from now on. I don't remember the names of everyone that helped me, but I will say literally all of the staff I encountered was able to answer my questions and was readily helpful. More

I had a small mechanical issue within the first week and Barry made sure I was well taken care of. I felt that he was a thoroughly approachable person, with his warm personality. Mark made sure that I felt comfortable with my choice. The paperwork part of the experience, which in past experiences has not been my favourite part of the car buying experience, was a breeze thanks to Mandy! Outstanding customer service and sales for 2 vehicles 10 years ago I purchased a GM vehicle from Dianne Muldoon and when I saw her at Finch and I was in the Market for new vehicles, I knew she was the one 10 years ago I purchased a GM vehicle from Dianne Muldoon and when I saw her at Finch and I was in the Market for new vehicles, I knew she was the one I wanted to work with. She is extremely friendly and personable and works toward a deal that suits you personally and financially. There was no disappointment, she came through again. This time I purchased 2 vehicles (2 cruze LT's) and my son whom is 21 was with me, so they have captured a younger generation buyer that will come back because of the experience we had. Mandy was amazing! This is the first time that I have dealt with a finance person and felt like I really mattered. She was extremely helpful in explaining everything that was offered, but at the same time she was not pushy. Being pushy turns me off and as a result of her demeanor I did purchase extras because it was a benefit to me and my new vehicles. She is personable and I felt like she was dedicated to me and my financing needs. Great experience I only hope that in another 7 years they are both still there! Mark helped me out, we took out a 2011 Buick Enclave, and I loved it. He was very knowledgeable and taught me how to use all the features that the Enclaves come with. He goes out of his way to make sure that his customers are happy, informed and looked after. I have dealt with other dealerships before but never bought anything in a final sale because of issues. Helped my mom buy a car My moms car was on its last legs and since its her only mode of transportation to and from work she needed a new one that she could rely on. They said they'd give us a fair deal - and they did! We were driving a 2011 GMC Terrain on a 7 year payment plan when we received a notice in the mail from the Dealership. They claimed they could get us We were driving a 2011 GMC Terrain on a 7 year payment plan when we received a notice in the mail from the Dealership. They claimed they could get us into a brand new 2015 Terrain and keep our payments the same. We ran the numbers ourselves and thought, there's no way this was a possibility, even at 0%. We owed quite a bit more than what our Terrain was worth. We're the kind of folks who like to hold people to the claims they make and we actually had been dealing with a different dealership and thought we'd give them a try and "See Finch" for the first time. Our sales rep, Paul Rodrigues, was going to have his work cut out for him in dealing with us but to our surprise, it was one of the easiest deals we've ever made. Paul was both professional and true to his word. He understood our needs and was quick to make good on the promises made in the flier we got in the mail. Three days later we drove away in our new Terrain which was even better than the one we had with more options, including heated seats, upgraded media system and free oil changes! Anyway, Paul went above and beyond the call of duty and has kept in touch to make sure we are completely satisfied with our new vehicle. Even though it was our first time meeting Paul, it was as if we had known him for a long time. When Paul handed us over to Financing staff, Mandy Moran, even after a long busy day in handling crazy month-end sales, was happy to see us and was a pleasure to deal with. We told her the numbers we wanted to see in purchasing options and she made it fit our budget. Even though we changed our minds a few times on things, she was patient and helped us make the best choices. So it's over 2 months now since we drove away in our new wheels and although the new car smell is almost gone, we have piece of mind that Finch staff will be looking after us for a long time to come.
