Fantastic experience Sam was the salesman I dealt with for my pre owned vehicle purchase. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and was not pushy or made me feel pressured whatsoever. He always responded promptly to my emails as well. He even personally picked me up from my home, on the day that I was to receive my new vehicle, and took me to the dealership to complete the transaction! It was seamless and I would definitely recommend Sam and the dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new and/or used vehicle. Just as a side note, everyone at the dealership was very friendly, from the receptionist to the finance dept! It was a great overall experience. Thanks again! More

I felt that he listened to my needs/preferences and genuinely wanted me to find the car that fit my lifestyle that was comfortable and affordable. I am thrilled with my Chevy Malibu and amazed to find out that I love it even more than my old Pontiac Grand Prix. I was not even considering the Malibu, however, Graig assured me that this car fit the bill (based on my needs/preferences) and he was right. I did not feel pressured and everyone I interacted with at the front desk and within sales (Graig Stott) and finance (Richard Litt) was incredibly professional and friendly. These 3 professionals are the reason the experience was so sensational. Morgan - Listened to how I wanted to do business and respected it. He asked the right questions to help understand what I was looking for.. I have a great respect for his knowledge of vehicles and his recommendations... He answered my questions (as silly as they may have been) and went out of his way to find me what I was looking for! There was a true interest in finding the right for me and . I never felt pressured.... rushed or hassled (some sales people are relentless and too in your face to make the sale; Morgan understand my process and I really appreciate it. Morgan made me feel like I was buying a $80000 brand new car when reality is that I bought a $16000 used car. I know that this is how every customer will feel when they interact with him. Micheal -- What a class act! Knowledgeable, professional and focused on the details. He was able to direct me to a Representative (Morgan) who was a great fit and ensured that the behind the scenes preparation was as flawless as he is in this field. Jody was super patient and kept all the information simple, and thorough so we could make the best decision for us. She spoke directly to my son and asked him all the questions she needed to to find out how she could serve him best. She was very understanding of the entire situation and how we did not want to rush, but needed to consider all our options as this is his first taste of a major financial purchase.
