There were a few hiccoughs along the way, but I walked away with a vehicle with which I am very satisfied, and from a customer perspective that's what mattered to me. Adam was willing to allow me to take the vehicle to my own mechanic, was very helpful (even when faced with my unending questions), and took extra care to ensure everything was handled with expertise. Even with his cautious nature, as a newer sales associate, it is clear that he is passionate about what he does and always keeps the customer's needs in mind. It is evident in his approach that he works to apply his background in business, but not in a way that makes you feel like a simple transaction. I am confident that with patience on both the part of the customer and that of Adam, a very reasonable deal can be reached. A word of caution to buyers of CPO vehicles: your vehicle must be under 100,000km when the bill of sale is drafted, otherwise the extra warranty is void. I am very happy with my purchase and with my service, despite this wrinkle, so consider Finch as a destination of choice in the used car market. More
