Replacing My Beloved 2002 Tracker Well, this started out to be not such a happy occasion because I loved my Tracker and was reluctant to part with it...even though it was showing its a Well, this started out to be not such a happy occasion because I loved my Tracker and was reluctant to part with it...even though it was showing its age (understatement). Anyway, long story short, after being the victim of a running-a red-light accident, the decision was forced upon me. My husband has purchased two trucks from Finch and I had toyed with the idea of purchasing new last year and met with Dianne on that exploration. Dianne was very supportive and patient with my ambivalence toward the whole exercise and assisted with test drives and all of my questions. I wasn't quite ready to part with the Tracker, so things remained on hold at that time. When the accident happened I knew that I'd go back to Dianne because I appreciated her knowledge, her relaxed, genuine sales approach and her humour. I also appreciate Dianne's firm handshake and professional demeanor. I don't respond well to pressured sales and knew after meeting Dianne that I'd certainly seek her out as my sales representative when the time came, as it did! I needed a vehicle and I needed it soon. Dianne was very helpful in talking with me about options, reviewing the vehicles that would most meet my needs and preferred specifications, finding the most accessible vehicles and in getting me through the process while I was still sorting out the details from the accident. She also assisted me to access a loaner vehicle to bridge the brief stretch from insurance insurance to the arrival of my new Buick. Dianne was very diligent in orientating me to my new vehicle and its features. My Tracker was bare bones, roll up the windows ilk, so I definitely needed the hands-on introduction to modern car tech world. I will not hesitate to return to Finch (as my husband has) and Dianne for my next vehicle purchase. What started out as a somewhat traumatic purchase circumstance ended as a very positive experience! I love my new Buick Encore! More
