Finch GMC has been my dealership of choice for approximately 5 years now as I have purchased my last 2 vehicles from them. There are many reasons why I continue to be a customer of Finch dealershi approximately 5 years now as I have purchased my last 2 vehicles from them. There are many reasons why I continue to be a customer of Finch dealerships but none more than the amazing customer service!!! Whenever my vehicle goes in for its maintenance checks, I am met with friendly and courteous staff and prompt service. My vehicle always comes back to me washed and well serviced. I have never had a reason to complain about Finch dealerships in any department and I will continue to be a loyal customer. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, or is just looking to service their vehicle. More

I was looking for a New Truck for my business and Kevin and Jordin were thorough in the process of looking at my options. We drove the vehicle, while having my trade in appraised to save me time, and then and Jordin were thorough in the process of looking at my options. I purchased my 2010 Cadillac SRX in March 2011 and the experience has been as easy and trouble free as you can ask for. Jordin Finch personally handled my transaction from start to finish and gave me a gr experience has been as easy and trouble free as you can ask for. Jordin Finch personally handled my transaction from start to finish and gave me a great deal, even going so far as to include several hundred dollars of accessories for free that I wasn't expecting. Fast forward a few months to my first experience with service and Tim Polley went above and beyond to take care of me. Overall, a very satisfying experience and the vehicle has been wonderful and trouble free. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back when it's time for my next vehicle. More

I bought a used car and within a few weeks it would just stop running. Then start up after about 5 minutes. Sometimes it was on the 401, in front of buses, in intersections.... After taking it back to th stop running. Then start up after about 5 minutes. Sometimes it was on the 401, in front of buses, in intersections.... After taking it back to the dealer 7 times, they told me they couldn't fix it, which just happened to be when the warrenty expired. GM Canada was no help either. They did offer to buy it back at 60% of what I just paid for it. Not likely. It turned out to be just a crankshaft sensor that cost a few hundred dollars. Any good dealership AND/OR GM should have figured it out!! Never ever again will I deal with Brian Finch or GM. Be prepared, be carefull or buy from a quality company. More
