Craig Stott went above and beyond to help me get into my used Chevy Aveo. When I wanted to buy a smaller vehicle than my Buick Allure, I contacted the dealership through an email. I'd bought a car there before but the salesman I had dealt with was no longer working there. The dealership is a distance from my home but since I'd dealt with them before and was satisfied with their service, I felt I would make the effort to drive a little farther. Craig Stott was the first salesperson to respond with an email and he asked all the right questions; like what size of car I was looking for, price, new or used etc. Then he asked me to call him at the dealership the following day so we could set up an appt. I'd never worked with Craig before but he made me feel very comfortable and I felt I could trust him right from the start. He arranged for me to take a couple of cars home overnight so I could try them in different situations for parking etc. The first one, a Buick Verona, though a beautiful car wasn't right for me so I tried a Cruze that had just come on the lot. It was a little red 2011 job that I liked right off the bat. I took it home and knew it was the car for me. Craig made sure I was comfortable with the car and price. I traded in my Allure and I think got a fair trade-in for it. I would recommend Craig and Brian Finch to anyone looking for a car. My son is looking to buy a used car soon and I'll go with him to see Craig when the time comes. When you find someone you can trust and rely on, you recommend him to others and go back yourself. It was a long and hard search for my very first new car. At only 18, I wasn't very educated on financing, sales, or anything included in buying a new car. He did not push me to buy or accept anything I was not comfortable with, he gave me the advice, knowledge, answers and help I needed in making my experience perfect. In the end, I bought myself a new car. Craig made sure I was absolutely satisfied as a customer when it came to prices, deals, showing me how the car works, and ensuring I was satisfied with my (massive) purchase. I sent an inquiry about a slightly used CTS-V late on Saturday night thinking i might get a response on Monday. He was very knowledgable and had top notch customer service and i had to go away for a week and he kept in contact without being pushy and shot a short video for me as i live in Calgary and could not see the car up close. As soon as i decided this was the car for me, he got me in touch with Richard in financing and got the deal done quickly. Just waiting to sign the paperwork at a local bank and the car will be shipped out to me asap.
