I sent an inquiry about a slightly used CTS-V late on Saturday night thinking i might get a response on Monday. We had a problem with our new Truck in that one of the Sensors in the Wheel wasn't working properly. On the Dash it read, Monitoring Wheel Problem. We just today took the Truck into a GM Dealer here in Kitchener to have this looked at, and without a word of a lie, My Wife and I couljdn't believe the difference in the Manner of each employee in the way they presented themselves. There was One Salesman who said, "Hi, How are you doing"? And this was on our way out of the dealership. That was it. No one else even asked us how we were or what we were doing there. Right from day one my used Grand Prix GTP did not work. The motor would just stop without warning. 7 times I took it in under warranty. They never did fix it and when the warranty expired they said - sorry we can't fix it. NICE!!!! Of course a little corner repair shop diagnosed the probable problem and fixed it right away. Never again will I deal with a car dealer that will not honour a warranty!! More
