Craig was very helpful in explaining the various options available to me. He offered that I test drive a car, but as it didn't fit my wife's needs, he had me try a couple others. We finally decided on a '14 Cadillac which we took home that night. We liked it and I then sat down with him to complete the purchase the next day. He had me sit with Chris Ouellete to explain further options and credit requirements, which he explained in full detail. Craig then advised the car would be available on Monday. When I arrived he went over all the elements of the new car, explaining the various options available on the screens and OnStar usage. All said it was an enjoyable encounter with Craig as he treated us with great care. More
