Best part of Finch Chevrolet: MARK KLEIN!!! As soon as my wife and I met Mark, we liked him, and we thought right away we'd get along great!!! Even though we just popped in to have a look at some vehicles (without an appointment), Mark took the time to show us several different SRX's and allowed us to take one for a test-drive. We loved the car, and Mark told us that if we came back the next day, he'd have another car ready for us to test drive, since it had just come in, and it wasn't checked over yet. We went back the next day, and we liked the colour better, but we still preferred the first one we drove. After several hours of negotiations, which included a trade-in, we finally came to an agreement, and we were very happy with the end result: a black SRX4. On delivery day, Mark took the time to explain to us the most important functions of this very sophisticated and advanced vehicle, and told us we could call him anytime if we had any questions or concerns... now THAT is a GREAT Salesperson!!!!!! We have not had the vehicle in for service yet, but we're certain that experience will also be a pleasant one, when the time comes... In the meantime, we wish Mark much more continued success!!!
