When I purchased my 2013 Encore from Toufic I was told I could return In a year and get refinanced with a better rate ! This was just a ploy to get me tied into high payments with no intentions of helping me in a years time. I then was dealing with Mandy Moran and was told 3 weeks ago that the used encores would arrive in 48 hours and she would see if she could help.... I have not yet heard from her or anyone else in this matter since. The next time I purchase a vehicle I will take my business elsewhere !! More
