As a business owner I am also aware that review companies like this quite often charge the owners of the businesses to sign up with them so the business can reach out to the people who have had concerns. Good call bringing him in to replace David. Service Center only has one technician left. What joke this place has become. Always be weary of new owners, and different policy's/procedures. No longer right on the corner, definitely not right on the price. Pathetic sales staff/staff all around. Stick to Cranbrook. Nelson or Trail for Chrysler Service. More

Out of Town Promotion / Sales Manager is unprofessional We were told about the out of town program, and all the promises to make the switch to Fernie Chrysler. After a month of being lied to , not getting c We were told about the out of town program, and all the promises to make the switch to Fernie Chrysler. After a month of being lied to , not getting calls back and waiting on a vehicle that was not even ordered, but we were told it was! I was asked to make another drive up , waste my day off, and i would have fuel paid, and lunch bought, and that we would find me another vehicle, I had to ask for the fuel to be paid, did not get any promised lunch, made an agreement on a second choice as the sales manager screwed up my first choice,, Only to find out on the Monday we would be lied to yet again! (he changed what we agreed on with 2 witnesses ! I would not recommend this dealership for the hassles and the unprofessional way the Sales Manager treats you. Its sad as the other employees there are so great and they loose all the business I would have brought , as well as the commissions deserved by them. I did write an email to the dealer/principle and was told he was looking into it, and would get back to me by last weeks end. Guess what Never heard a word... Still so shocked that in this economy and the damage social media can do, that I still was treated so terribly... PS they do not honor the out of town program so don't waste your time driving up.. The sales manager doesn't even know his products or what is posted on the webpage... More

Was not a warranty issue as I was hoping for but was treated awesome and was in back on the road by the end of the work day for them.
