Me and my wife had a great start off experience at Faraz Auto. Everyone is nice they offer you coffee let you take your time. It wasn't until we signed paperwork which was suppose to be us just checking to see if the bank would accept our application. 1.5 days later (went in on a Saturday and called in Tuesday morning) we called in and decided we didn't want to take the vehicle. Nick their salesmen insisted it was impossible as we already sold our car to them? We fought tooth and nail with these guys and clearly they don't want you to be happy but want what is best for them. Nick also mentioned to us that we can do whatever we want but we will see when the bank payments start coming out. Imagine how your suppose to feel buying a new car and they hit you with a comment like that LOL. We went back and forth for weeks with lawyers and other dealerships. Everyone other dealership said they would ask for a small fee like $500 or just cancel the contract as most companies want to keep a client happy, no? I can sit here and ramble about how much we fought. My point of this review it to STEER CLEAR OF THESE SCUMMY USED CAR DEALERSHIPS. They wanted $4,000 to get out of the contract. I'm sorry, where exactly did you do $4,000 worth of work? You showed us a car that's your job LOL. Coming from a business owner myself this is absolutely a pathetic way to deal with a client. As we CARE ABOUT OUR CLIENTS as should every other business. These guys just want your money go anywhere else but this scummy place. They make it shiny and fancy to pull a fast one over you. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. More

I purchased an S500 from Faraz, with Lisa as my sales representative. While I was initially impressed with their vehicle selection, I would not have proceeded had I known I would be charged an additional representative. When financing through Faraz, they introduced me to a representative named Anthony, who requested both the first and last payment upfront at signing, which is standard. However, what was not disclosed was that my first month's payment would still be deducted, resulting in a double charge. For the past six months, I have been attempting to get a refund for this duplicate payment, but have been met with delays, ignored communications, and unfulfilled promises. No one has taken responsibility to resolve this issue. Lisa has indicated it is Anthony's responsibility, yet when I reach out to him, he either does not respond, makes unfulfilled promises, or claims upper management is holding up the refund. This explanation is confusing, as the charge was clearly duplicated by Faraz. Given these concerns, I am consulting my legal team to investigate further. This experience has made it challenging to trust Faraz, despite my interest in their vehicle inventory. Until this issue is resolved, I am unable to consider future purchases. More
