Both Bonnie and Graham were able to answer any of my, or my family questions, and treated us with kindness and respect. I was always told the facts, no extra selling jargon. Something I found really cool about purchasing here was the price: it was the car +GST. nothing else. No fees, trailers, etc. (Even after I had purchased our vehicle, Graham went above and beyond basic customer service requirements and found me a part I had been wondering about. He could have said, "I don't know. Ask Google..." but instead he went and put his own time and effort into something for someone that he owed nothing to. That is NOT something people do anymore, but he did.) I had a great experience here and I can tell that anyone else who comes here will as well. At Family Auto Sales, there are honest prices, honest people, and a great process (completely transparent). Don't waste your time like I did....go to these folks first. Thank you, Bonnie! Hidden fees, dealer charge, documentation fees, blah blah blah. Or go to Family Auto. Price on the sticker is the price, all fees (carfax, inspection et al) included. Plus GST. That's it. It's that simple. We found a car we loved, 3rd time in (and no pressure from Bonnie or Graham any time we test drove or just asked questions). Had a quick look at pricing throughout the province. It was a fair deal. Could I save 50 bucks by driving 3 hours and haggling somewhere else? Maybe. Or maybe not. But I don't want to. I value my time. I value the honesty about where the car is from, I value buying locally. So we signed the papers and that's that - it's that easy. No baloney, no sweat, no added fees, no stress. Bonnie and Graham were super patient while our financing came through too, like they didn't even cash our deposit cheque. In case we changed our mind. It's unheard of. The car was delivered dead clean, looks brand new. Oil dips clear. It's ready to go! Save yourself the headaches, save the fight, the frustration. You don't have to go to a dealership that makes you feel like you are wasting their time, don't go to a dealership that won't give you a straight answer. Go to Family Auto, you'll be treated more than fair. We're super pleased with the car, and the transaction, and would certainly recommend any of our friends to go there. More
