Car was not properly cleaned or serviced. Car bought in October with promises for all the lights on it to be fixed, which was tire sensors and temperature sensor. Drove it home and their was a scratch window, and disassembled seat belt garbage stuffed through the car from previous owners, orange stains on the doors. it taken for several a month and still had lights on it, refused to have it fixed as promised and they promised the give a 200$ gas card for all the travelling and headache and never received it. Tire monitoring system light still on and they refuse to fix it. Sales person had to be reminded constantly for things promised and forgotten. Financing I put my banking information wrong which turned into 2 months of services charges as the sales person said it was taken care of which in fact it was not. Once they get their money they don’t care about their customers or what they are selling you. 0 recommendations for this business do not buy from this business. More

Friendly and go the extra mile for the sale. But they do not back sales when issues come up. I put my faith/trust in Fairview to sell me a vehicle after a breakdown on vacation. Because it was Dodge dealership, people were very friendly and eager to help in time of need, felt trust in their judgment and expertise, to care for me as their customer. Purchased certified $30G 2020 Corolla, safety done less than a month. When using emergency brake system, heard a clanking noise from front end and squeaking when first driving after parked over night. While safety in my province, (certified there so should pass) BUT new front brakes there were not installed correctly, back rotors rusted on inner side, not in view with wheels on, down to the end of life on one. The other, if cleaned, would only last a very short while. Contacted Fairview. Explanation they gave, was other provinces, other regulations. But Vehicle would fail in any province of Canada with condition of brakes. Unwilling to take ownership or help. More

I would give this dealership higher than a 5 if it was possible. I bought a 2020 Ram 1500 and from the salesman, Alex, to the financing, Melanie, right down to the service dept, Krista and the boys, I hav possible. Any dealership can sell you a vehicle but the service will keep you coming back. Their service dept went WAY above and beyond for me while dealing with a bad radio/back up camera. I felt as though they really had my back and whether it was good news or not they were always truthful with me and that means ALOT. A degrading experience I have had. After paying for the repair and finding it insufficient. Manager Kevin proceeded to tell me I am wrong. The leak was fixed even though it leaked on the way back home and it not that they don't believe me ... but... i had the best technician in the entire shop test the seal for over an hour and I trust him completely... if you are unsatisfied bring it in again and they will do it again and if it leaks they will get me some of the money back from Chrysler... and yes... trust me they sanitized the vehicle cause they wear gloves and have steering wheel covers and seat covers ... the grease marks on the seat were there before... oh and I will definately have a chat with the boys for using your stereo while working on your vehicle which is strange cause they never do that... but trust me I will take care of it... so no we are not going to anything about it... good day... Customer Satisfaction 100%... What a bunch of yahoo jerks... never again... More

Tried to rip off my wife!! Had our 2013 jeep wrangler in for a clock spring replacement under recall...took them months to get the part and did not show up when told but a few w Had our 2013 jeep wrangler in for a clock spring replacement under recall...took them months to get the part and did not show up when told but a few weeks later...also reported a strange sound we had not heard before...long story short they said the fan was coming on because there were two holes in our rad up on the top of the rad. They wanted 800 plus for a new rad...I had checked the fluids the evening before and all fluids were all good... we refused there service and said we would get a second opinion...with in a half hour we were at jp auto in oromocto ... they did the diagnostics and said they couldn't get a pressure reading changed the rad cap and checked it again and it was all good and they couldn't see the leaks at all...but funny we were a liter and a half down in the antifreeze...these people are crooks stay away from this place...we were told we could bring the jeep back in and they would show us...I am sure they would find leaks once they were done....you have lost one sale over this and am sure u will lose more good job fairview!!! And as far as tour mechanics go I dont think they are fit to work on a tricycle let alone a automobile.... will never be back!! More

The Worst Absolutely the worst dealership in Fredericton, I am 64 years old and have bought vehicles every 3 years from pretty much the GMC dealership, Travis H Absolutely the worst dealership in Fredericton, I am 64 years old and have bought vehicles every 3 years from pretty much the GMC dealership, Travis Hovey was the sales person and we had an excellent experience, The management from FAIRVIEW will tell you anything to close a deal, my wife and I were interested in purchasing a 2019 Dodge Durango and pretty much made the deal but at the last minute we decided we were loosing to much on our 2016 GMC Denali and backed out, that’s when the trouble began, we were told the Durango had a trailer hitch,(it didn’t) leather, (it didn’t) & winter rims were offered + extended warranty, We were called and offered, extended warranty for 1/2 price (accepted) the trailer hitch we were told it had, we were charged $495.00 + installation extra for the trailer hitch (which was never finished) and we still have never received the winter rims that we were offered to make the trade , again I would not recommend this dealership, I sincerely recommend you to purchase any place but FAIRVIEW Chrysler Signed a very dissatisfied customer More
